At the The Wild Center in Tupper Lake, New York you can immerse yourself (without needing to get wet) into the underwater world of Adirondack wildlife. The Living River flows around the main exhibit hall and is filled with brook trout and other species of fish. Also on display are many other forms of flora and fauna from beautiful purple trillium to red eft salamanders.
By clicking the the image above you can see the 2 scene virtual tour that Samurai Virtual Tours created of two spots along The Wild Center’s Living River exhibit. First explore around the first 360 degree scene that represents the lower headwaters of an Adirondack stream filled with large trout. After you’ve taken the first view in, be sure to click on the arrow in the virtual tour and visit the next 360 degree scene and stop along the river. In the second scene you can experience more underwater views of the stream and learn about other animals and plants that live on or near the water’s edge.
